Ben brings over 20 years of commercial experience in the retail, leisure, and development sectors. Before joining SPACE he led the retail team at a leading regional practice in the East Midlands, earning a strong reputation for his market insight and results-driven approach. A respected advisor, Ben is actively involved in the acquisition and disposal of retail and roadside properties, development sites, and investment opportunities across the UK. Earlier in his career, Ben gained valuable client-side experience with a multi-sector developer, giving him a well-rounded perspective, enhancing his strategic advice and delivery.

Whilst driving through a small village in Derby, Brian Clough flagged me down and asked me to drive him to the shops… it was only a short drive, but a true honour – legend.
