Following successful openings in Ringwood, Newbury and Aberdeen, Joules Clothing have secured prime space in Brighton on East Street which opened in November.

Acting on behalf of Mr Pretzels, SPACE Retail Property Consultants have successfully acquired the 252 sq ft kiosk in the Central Atrium at the White Rose Shopping Centre. The kiosk was negotiated on a new 5 year lease at a rent of £50,000 per annum.

Completing the flurry of store openings in 2012 Dr Martens has now arrived in Nottingham. The store opened in December, just in time for Christmas trading.

Acting on behalf of UK Commercial Property Trust, SPACE – Retail Property Consultants have successfully negotiated a letting on Unit 4 Pride Hill Centre, Shrewsbury to Hotter Shoes.

Following on from a successful trial temporary store in the St Enoch Shopping Centre Glasgow, retained agents SPACE have secured a permanent letting for this iconic British footwear brand at 50 Sauchiehall Street. The new opening is the seventh company managed store in the UK and three more are in solicitors hands.
