Acting on behalf of Caffè Nero, SPACE Retail Property Consultants have agreed a cafe concession within the new Next store at Leckwith Retail Park, Cardiff.

The cafe opened for business on 21st August and is part of Caffè Nero’s plans for expansion in the Out of Town sector, on which SPACE Retail Property Consultants are advising them.
