Property Group Calthorpe Estates has appointed SPACE Retail Property Consultants as part of its ongoing redevelopment project in Egbaston called The Village.

SPACE have been charged with finding a mix of high-quality, independent boutique retailers and specialist food and beverage operators to the new estate.
