Cheshire Oaks is the UK’s largest Designer Outlet with more than 145 boutiques. It has recently welcomed the iconic British footwear brand Dr Martens into Unit 14 comprising of 2,382 sq ft.

The retail outlet was taken on a 5 year lease and follows the most recent opening in Sheffield. Dr Martens joins an impressive lineup of retailers in the 250,000 sq ft retail outlet ranging from athletic labels like Nike and Adidas, and high-street favourites, like Marks & Spencer and Next, to a selection of fashion brands including Burberry, Polo, Michael Kors and Hugo Boss.

The Landlords Henderson UK Limited were represented by McArthurGlen UK Limited.

Dr. Martens were represented by their retained agents SPACE Retail Property Consultants who continue to seek further locations for opening in 2016.
