SPACE Retail Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Airwair International Limited, trading as Dr Martens has recently opened in Reading.

The retail property at 24 Queen Victoria Street is open and trading.  The 2,000 sq ft unit was taken on a new 10 year lease from June 2017 with a tenant only break at year 5.

This is the 31st Dr Martens store in the UK and features work of local artists as well as holding gigs from live bands around the area.
