Acting on behalf of UK Commercial Property Trust, SPACE – Retail Property Consultants have successfully negotiated a letting on Unit 4 Pride Hill Centre, Shrewsbury to Hotter Shoes.

This new store which opened in early October is part of a dynamic expansion programme for the shoe retailer which has seen it open 25 new locations across the UK in the last two years.

Unit 4 Pride Hill consists of a gross floor area of 1,944 sq ft with additional first floor storage. A new 10 year lease was agreed.

SPACE continue to work with UKCPT to market the remaining units on both Pride Hill and Darwin Shopping Centre and advising upon the £150m New Riverside scheme proposed for 2015.
