Kiddicare open now in the newly branded Peterborough One Retail Park

September 5, 2017

Acting on behalf of Norwich based property investor and developer Targetfollow, SPACE Retail Property Consultants has successfully agreed a new letting to baby and children’s goods specialist Kiddicare, which is taking a new lease on a 888 m2 (9,560 sq ft) store at the newly rebranded Peterborough One Retail Park.

Kiddicare, which is wholly owned by Dunelm, will take a 5-year lease on the unit at Peterborough One.  This is the first new store for Kiddicare since the brand was acquired by Dunelm in November 2016.  Targetfollow acquired what was formerly known as Peterborough Garden Park in December 2016 and has just rebranded the park as part of an expansion, modernisation and lettings campaign for the 8,510 m2 (91,600 sq ft) destination.

Peterborough One is anchored by an award-winning 4,645 m2 (50,000 sq ft) Van Hage garden centre and has 16 further retail units including Cotswold, Pavers, The Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Bonmarché, Pets Corner, Maidenhead Aquatics, Roman, The Works, Granite Transformations and Hammond Furniture. There is free parking for over 800 cars on the retail park.
