SPACE are delighted to have acted on behalf of The Co-operative Food Group in acquiring their new store at Abbotswood Park, Leavesden, Watford.

The 2,800 sq ft store opened today on a new housing estate of 425 houses and is next door to Warner Bros Studios and the Harry Potter Theme Park.

The new store is part of two blocks of apartments with a GP, Dentist and Subway on the ground floor and large shared car parking.
