SPACE-Retail Property Consultants have completed a new letting at The Pride Hill Shopping Centre, Shrewsbury, on behalf of Ignis Asset Management.

Rapidly expanding bureau de change operator No.1 Currency Exchange have taken unit 5a Pride Hill. This compliments recent lettings to HMV and Poundworld at the Scheme, which forms part of an established shopping centre in the tourist Town of Shrewsbury. Occupiers in the neighbouring Darwin Shopping Centre also include Marks and Spencer, Pandora, River Island, H&M and Top Shop.

No.1 Currency Exchange is part of the FEXCO group of companies established in 1991 and provides bureau de change services from 20 retail locations in the UK with an aggressive expansion plan to acquire a further 15 locations in 2014.
