Acting on behalf of Kettering Borough Council, SPACE Retail Property Consultants have successfully negotiated a letting on Unit 2, The Restaurant Quarter, Kettering to Prezzo PLC on a new 25 year lease.

Prezzo, one of the UK’s largest restaurant operators, who trade from over 160 sites throughout the UK, will become the first national restaurateur to trade in Kettering, and will form part of the Restaurant Quarter which is part of an exciting regeneration programme for the town.

Prezzo is renowned for offering a quality menu focused on Italian dining at value for money prices, in a relaxed, homely environment.

The property consists of a gross floor area of 3,632 sq ft with additional outdoor seating to both the front and the rear of the premises, and is expected to be open and trading for Autumn 2012.
