SPACE act for National Retailers in Rugby’s new Out of Town Development
SPACE are delighted to announce that they have acted on behalf of both Arcadia and Caffé Nero at Rugby’s new £35million extension and redevelopment of Elliott’s Field Shopping Park.
Arcadia are to open a new 10,000 sq ft Outfit store in the main retail terrace and Caffé Nero have taken 1,500 sq ft where they will be joined by Ed’s Easy Diner and Nandos.
Elliott’s Field is set to host an impressive line-up of retailers with a 60,000 sq ft full-line Debenhams department store offering womenswear, menswear, homewares, cosmetics will anchor the scheme, as well as other leading retail brands including Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, Next and Clarks who are already committed to the scheme.
On schedule to open later this year, Elliott’s Field will comprise 180,000 sq ft of retail and dining floorspace and 567 car parking spaces.
