Prezzo, the upmarket Italian restaurant chain, opened its doors last night to showcase their latest, and exceptionally presented unit in the Restaurant Quarter, Kettering.

SPACE were there at the opening after successfully negotiating the letting on a new 25 year lease on behalf of Kettering Borough Council, starting an exciting regeneration programme for the town. Prezzo are the first national restaurateur to open in Kettering.

SPACE continue their instruction to market the last remaining restaurant unit which offers 2,575 sq ft at ground floor and 2,665 sq ft at mezzanine level, together with the redevelopment of the iconic Corn Exchange building for restaurant use.
