The Scottish Capital Welcomes Dr Martens

Dr Martens opened its first store in the Scottish capital this week at 76 Princes Street making this their 15th UK store.

The label famous for its air cushioned “bouncing sole” has had quite the style evolution over the past 50 years and kicked off their new ‘What Do You Stand For’ campaign last week.

The new shop, assigned from Watches of Switzerland, comprises 2,178 sq ft, arranged over ground floor and basement, at a rent of £215,000 per annum.

Watches of Switzerland were represented by Cushman and Wakefield.

Dr. Martens were represented by their retained agents SPACE who continue to search for further locations to open in 2013.
