Acting on behalf of private investor clients we are delighted to have let The Settling Rooms in Market Harborough.

Terms for the first floor were agreed with Beauty Defined, a leading beauty aesthetics clinic, which was a relocation for Beauty Defined from The Wharf where they had traded for several years.

The ground floor was let to a local businessman who has opened a restaurant – taking the name of the building and serving fresh coffee, signature cocktails, wines and Charcuterie.
