SPACE are delighted to have acted on behalf of Arcadia where they have opened a new TOPSHOP/ TOPMAN store in the Gracechurch Centre, Sutton Coldfield, some 15 years after the fashion retail giant last had a presence in the town centre.

The Arcadia brand has taken a new lease of a prominent corner unit comprising circa 6,600 sq ft over ground and first floor, located opposite the centre’s flagship House of Fraser department store and close to H&M. Other recent arrivals include Lakeland, Stormfront and Hotter Shoes, with Fat Face due to open in time for Christmas 2014.
