SPACE are delighted to announce two exciting new openings at Crawley, Peglar Way.

A prominent 4,643 sq ft retail unit located adjacent to a large Asda foodstore at the edge of Crawley Town centre has been subdivided, with lettings completed to Anytime Fitness and Explore Learning, who are both now open.

Explore Learning, who operate tuition centres across the UK have taken 1,435 sq ft. Explore open 7 days a week, members do not have to book in advance and children attend typically once or twice a week, meaning that Explore membership can fit in easily with your family’s routine.

Both occupiers took new 15 year lease – the landlord Ilfield Trust was represented by SPACE Retail Property Consultants.
