Following successful openings in Manchester and Lakeside, stationery retailer Blott have opened their 9th UK store in Land Securities flagship development Trinity Leeds.

The acquisition continues Blott’s expansion in major markets as part of a targeted expansion programme to double the store portfolio and open six new locations in 2013.

Blott have acquired 1,085 sqft in the Briggate mall on a new ten year lease.

Land Securities were represented by Cushman and Wakefield and Central Retail.

Blott were advised by their retained agent SPACE Retail Property Consultants who are searching for further locations in 2013.
