Continuing a strategy of new store openings in major regional locations, stationery retailer Blott have chosen Manchester Arndale for their eighth UK store opening.

Blott have acquired the 1,464 sqft former Azendi unit in New Cannon Street with the shop being transformed by Blott’s unique shop design.

The property was acquired on a new 10 year lease.

This is Blott’s second new store opening in a week, and will be supported by further acquisitions in 2013, as the business continues its expansion in major UK retail destinations.

CBRE acted on behalf of the Landlord Manchester Nominee (1) Limited.

Blott were represented by their retained property advisors SPACE Retail Property Consultants.
