SPACE – Retail Property Consultants are delighted to announce that retained client Blott have opened their 11th store at the Centre:MK in Milton Keynes. This is the 5th opening of a targeted acquisition campaign in 2013.

Blott have acquired a 700 sq ft unit at 10 Sunset Walk, opposite House of Fraser on a new 10 year lease, adding to recent openings in Manchester, Lakeside, Leeds and Cardiff earlier in the year.

The unit has had a substantial refit including the installation of a brand new shop front, enhancing this section of the scheme where House of Fraser recently completed a £3m refit, and where White Stuff have opened in the
last 12 months.

The Landlord Hermes were represented by CBRE and MMX Retail.

Blott were represented by their retained property advisors SPACE – Retail Property Consultants, who continue to seek further locations in prime shopping centre locations throughout the UK for openings in 2014.
