EE have opened pre-Christmas at St Mary’s Place Shopping Centre in Market Harborough.

The 1,472 sq.ft. shop was let to EE at a rent of £65,000 per annum on a new 10 year lease following an asset management initiative to reconfigure an existing unit occupied by GT News, who remain in the fully-let Scheme.
SPACE-Retail Property Consultants are retained as sole agents on the 50,000 sq.ft. open-air St Mary’s Place Shopping Centre and the adjacent 44,680 sq.ft. Springfield Retail Park, having been appointed since the purchase of both schemes in 2011. SPACE are instructed to advise on retail agency, rent reviews, lease renewals and asset management initiatives.
