Joules in St Pancras

Following a successful opening in Waterloo, SPACE Retail Property Consultants are delighted to have secured Unit 2A, the former 2012 Olympic shop.
This is the second railway station location for Joules, acquired as part of an ongoing acquisition program. The unit is a 1,744 sqft lock up unit on a new 3 year lease on Network Rails standard leasing terms at a base and turnover rent.
Network Rail dealt with negotiations in house. Joules were represented by their retained retail advisors SPACE Retail Property Consultants who continue to seek further opportunities for Joules in 2013.
