SPACE Retail Property Consultants are delighted to announce the opening of the new Joules store in Nottingham.

11 Bridlesmith Gate was acquired at a rent of £105,000 per annum on a new 10 year lease, with a tenant break at year 5.

The Landlords, David Lester and Julian Crawley were represented by FHP Property Consultants.
