leasing agent for Scotch Corner Designer Village.

for visitors from near and far. Scotch Corner Designer Village will be an ideal family day-out and for a
welcome stop on a long journey with plenty of facilities for the whole family, and to walk the dog! The
scheme has a wide catchment of 4.5 million residents in a 60-minute drive-time with almost 60% of
guests classified in the top 3 most affluent ACORN categories.
The site is at the gateway to popular tourist areas including The Yorkshire Dales and The North York
Moors National Parks and easy access to The Lakes and Scotland. 96 million tourists visit the area
annually making Yorkshire the second largest tourist destination in the UK.
Major infrastructure works have started on site.
