SPACE – Retail Property Consultants, are delighted to have acted for Joules in securing their first trading railway station unit in one of London’s iconic stations, Waterloo.

The Development of The Balcony has expanded the retail offer in Waterloo to include Carluccios, Fat Face, Links of London, Yo Sushi, Oliver Bonas, Thomas Pink and Hotel Chocolate. Joules successfully opened in time for the London Olympics.

Joules have taken Unit 15, The Balcony, an 1,100 sq ft lock up unit on a new 6 year lease incorporating a break in the 3rd year on Network Rail’s standard leasing terms at a base and turnover rent.
