The White Company have acquired 6,635 sq ft of sales space at 7/8 Queen Street in Oxford on a new 10 year lease.

The building has been subject to a major refurbishment since the outgoing tenant Optical Express vacated. The first floor has been converted for use as additional retail sales, following the installation of a new lift and the external façade
has been transformed with white painted render and windows.

The Landlord Countrywide Assured Plc Property Pension Fund, were represented by Cushman & Wakefield with a subsequent investment sale to Clerical Medical Managed Funds Limited.

The White Company were represented by their retained agents SPACE Retail Property Consultants who continue to seek further locations for opening in 2014.
