SPACE – Retail Property Consultants together with Readings Property Group have let 5 Eastgates to CUPP, a Bubble Tea concept with 17 sites nationally.

CUPP have signed a new 10-year lease and will trade alongside existing occupiers Virgin Money and newly opened Chopstix. The property is located prominently on Eastgates, arguably the most prime location in Leicester, fronting the entrance to Highcross Shopping Centre and the Clock Tower.

Sommar on the acquisition of their new bar on Waterloo Street Birmingham

SPACE – Retail Property Consultants are pleased to have advised Sommar on the acquisition of their new bar on Waterloo Street Birmingham, which opened in December 2021.

Sommar are an independent West Midlands bar group, offering a wide range of craft ales, bespoke gins and organic wines. All craft ales are locally brewed at their own brewery located at the Utilitia Arena, Birmingham.
