Leicester is the seventh location acquired for this growing restaurant operation who already trade from Birmingham, Blackburn, Cardiff, Dalston, Derby and Walsall.

The tenant has signed a new 5-year lease and will trade alongside existing occupiers including; Alrodia Jewellers, the Bottle Garden, Giggling Squid, Mowlgi Street Food, Crafty, Kai and Just So Italian.

St Martins Shopping Centre is Leicester’s highly sought after destination location for quality independent retailers and restaurateurs which continues to perform strongly as COVID restrictions are slowly eased.

The tenant signed a new 10-year lease and are trading alongside nearby retailers Grape Tree, Boots Pharmacy, Mountain Warehouse, Fat Face, Ladbrokes, Waterstones, Superdrug and New Look.

Market Harborough, a strong retailing market town, has performed well during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to see demand from retailers seeking representation.
